Welcome to Gamesora — an independent digital storefront for gift cards (PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, Apple, Google Play, iTunes, Roblox and more) and game top-ups (PUBG Mobile UC, Free Fire Diamonds, Mobile Legends, and others) serving customers across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait and Qatar. By creating an account, placing an order, or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and account

You must be 18 years or older to purchase on Gamesora, or 13+ with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf. You agree to provide accurate information (email, phone/WhatsApp number, and — for game top-ups — your correct Player ID / UID), keep your password confidential, and immediately notify support@gamesora.com of any unauthorized access. One account per person; duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be suspended.

2. Digital products and Player ID

All Gamesora products are digital: prepaid codes (delivered as text) or direct top-ups (credited to a Player ID you provide). Codes are single-use, region-locked where indicated on the product page, and non-transferable once revealed. For top-ups, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of the Player ID, server/region, and account name. Once a top-up is credited to the ID you submitted, the order is considered fulfilled and cannot be reversed — even if you entered the wrong ID.

3. Pricing, payment and currency

Prices are shown in your local currency (EGP, SAR, AED, KWD, QAR or USD) and include applicable taxes (e.g. Saudi VAT) where required by law. We accept Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, Fawry, Mada, STC Pay, KNET, Apple Pay, Visa/Mastercard, PayPal and your Gamesora Wallet balance, depending on your country. Orders are only released after we confirm successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order containing a pricing error, a stock issue, or signs of fraud.

4. Delivery and acceptance

Codes and top-ups are delivered automatically to your email, sent via WhatsApp to the number you provided, and stored in your Gamesora account dashboard. Most orders are fulfilled within 1–5 minutes; in rare cases (manual review, supplier delay) delivery may take up to 60 minutes. If you have not received your order within 12 hours, contact support@gamesora.com and we will resolve it. By using or revealing a delivered code, you accept the product as delivered.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) submit fraudulent payment information or initiate unjustified chargebacks; (b) resell our products on third-party marketplaces without written permission; (c) use bots, scripts or automation to access the site or abuse promotions; (d) attempt to manipulate the Gamesora Wallet, referral or discount systems; (e) use the service for money laundering or to evade sanctions. Violations may lead to immediate suspension, forfeiture of wallet balance, and reporting to payment networks or law enforcement.

6. Account security, refunds, IP and liability

Once a code is delivered, you are responsible for its safekeeping — Gamesora cannot recover lost, shared or already-redeemed codes. Refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. All third-party brand names (PUBG, Free Fire, PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, Apple, Google, Roblox, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners; Gamesora is an independent authorized reseller and is not endorsed by or affiliated with these companies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamesora's total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt; disputes will first be raised with support before any legal action. We may update these Terms at any time — material changes will be announced on this page and continued use constitutes acceptance.


Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Gamesora and our trusted partners use cookies and similar technologies on gamesora.com to keep you signed in, remember your cart, secure your payments and understand how the site is used.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They let the site recognize your device on later visits — for example to keep you logged in, remember your country/language, or store your cart. We also use similar technologies such as localStorage and pixel tags.

2. Essential cookies

These are required for the site to work and cannot be disabled. They power sign-in sessions, secure checkout, fraud prevention, language and country preferences, and the shopping cart. Without them, you can't place an order.

3. Analytics cookies

We use privacy-respecting analytics to count visits, measure page performance, and understand which products are popular — always in aggregated, non-identifying form. You can disable analytics from your browser's privacy settings or via a Do Not Track preference.

4. Marketing cookies

If you click on a Gamesora ad on Google, Meta or TikTok, those networks may set cookies to measure whether the ad led to a purchase. We do not run remarketing without consent in regions where consent is required by law.

5. How to control cookies

Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you can and cannot do when using Gamesora — including the store, your account, the Gamesora Wallet, promotions and our support channels. It complements our Terms and Conditions. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of wallet balance, cancellation of orders, and reporting to payment networks or law enforcement.

1. Fraudulent payments

You must use only payment methods you legally own. Using stolen cards, fake wallets, or chargeback-as-a-refund tactics is fraud and will be reported.

2. Reselling and bulk abuse

Codes bought on Gamesora are licensed for personal use. Reselling them on third-party marketplaces (G2A, Kinguin, Telegram bots, etc.), publicly advertising them for resale, or buying in bulk to flip is not allowed without a written reseller agreement.

3. Bots, scraping and automation

Do not use crawlers, scrapers, or automated scripts on the storefront, checkout, or APIs. Do not attempt to brute-force coupon codes, OTPs or account passwords. Rate-limit violations will be blocked at the network layer.

4. Promotion and referral abuse

Promotions are one per customer unless stated otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to claim a sign-up bonus, self-referring, or otherwise gaming the wallet/referral system will void the bonus, may freeze the wallet balance, and may close the account.

5. Harassment and unlawful use

Do not use Gamesora — including support chat and reviews — for harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content involving minors, or any unlawful activity. Do not impersonate Gamesora staff or other customers.

6. Enforcement

We may, at our discretion, refuse orders, suspend accounts, freeze wallet balances, reverse promotions, and share evidence with payment processors and law enforcement. Repeat or severe violations result in a permanent ban.

Wallet Terms

These Wallet Terms govern your use of the Gamesora Wallet — an in-account balance you can use to pay for gift cards and game top-ups on Gamesora.com. The Wallet is a store credit, not a bank account or e-money product, and is offered subject to our Terms and Conditions.

1. Topping up the Wallet

You can top up your Wallet using any payment method available at checkout in your country (Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, Fawry, Mada, STC Pay, KNET, card, PayPal). Top-ups are credited after we confirm successful payment. The minimum and maximum top-up amounts are shown in your dashboard.

2. Using the Wallet

The Wallet can be used to pay for any product on Gamesora, in full or combined with another payment method. The balance is shown in your local currency and is non-transferable — you cannot send Wallet credit to another user.

3. Refunds and Wallet credit

When we approve a refund, you can choose to receive it as instant Wallet credit (recommended — same minute) or back to your original payment method (1–10 business days depending on the bank). Refunds issued as bonuses or promotional credit (not paid by you) are returned as Wallet credit only and may have an expiry date.

4. Non-cashable nature

Money you paid into the Wallet remains refundable to your original payment method within the limits of our Returns & Refunds Policy. Promotional, referral or loyalty credits added by Gamesora as a bonus are NOT cashable — they can only be spent on Gamesora.

5. Expiry and inactivity

Wallet credit paid by you does not expire. Promotional/bonus credit expires after 12 months of inactivity unless a shorter period is stated when it was granted. Accounts inactive for 24 months may be archived; you can reactivate by contacting support.

6. Fraud, freezes and account closure

We may temporarily freeze your Wallet to investigate suspected fraud, chargebacks or AUP violations. Confirmed violations may lead to forfeiture of any non-cashable bonus credit and refund of the paid balance to the original payment method (minus any chargebacks already received), after which the account is closed.

7. Closing your Wallet

You can request a Wallet refund and account closure at any time by emailing support@gamesora.com from the email on the account. We will refund your paid (cashable) balance to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; bonus credits will not be paid out.

AML & KYC Notice

Gamesora takes financial crime seriously. This notice explains the basic anti-money-laundering (AML), counter-terrorist-financing (CTF) and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) controls we apply, and what we may ask of you in higher-risk situations. These controls exist to protect customers, payment partners and the broader payment ecosystem.

1. Risk-based monitoring

We monitor orders and Wallet activity for patterns associated with fraud, money laundering or sanctions evasion — including unusual order velocity, mismatched billing/IP locations, repeated chargebacks, and use of high-risk payment instruments.

2. Identity verification (KYC)

We may ask you to verify your identity before approving an order, releasing a Wallet refund, or unfreezing an account. Typical requests are: a government-issued ID, a selfie matching the ID, and proof that the payment instrument used belongs to you. Documents are stored securely and used only for verification.

3. Sanctions and prohibited regions

We do not sell to individuals, entities or jurisdictions subject to UN, EU, UK or US sanctions. By placing an order you confirm you are not a sanctioned person and not acting on behalf of one. Orders failing sanctions screening will be cancelled and refunded.

4. Reporting

Where required by law we will file suspicious activity reports with the relevant authorities and share order/account data with payment networks and law enforcement, without giving prior notice to the customer.

5. Cooperation

We expect customers to cooperate with reasonable verification requests. Refusing to verify when asked, providing false documents, or attempting to bypass controls is treated as a serious AUP violation and may lead to a permanent ban.

Trademarks & Disclaimer

Gamesora is an independent digital storefront that resells genuine gift cards and game top-ups sourced from authorized distributors. We are not owned by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any of the platform holders, publishers or game studios whose products we sell.

1. Third-party trademarks

Brand names, logos and product names — including but not limited to PlayStation, PSN, Xbox, Xbox Game Pass, Steam, Apple, App Store, iTunes, Google Play, Roblox, PUBG, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire, Mobile Legends, Activision, Riot Games, EA and Nintendo — are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. They are used on Gamesora solely to identify the products we sell, in line with nominative fair-use principles.

2. No endorsement

Use of a brand name or logo on Gamesora does not imply any partnership with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from the brand owner. All product images are property of the respective rights holders.

3. Authentic codes only

Every code sold on Gamesora is sourced from authorized distributors or directly from the publisher. We do not deal in stolen, leaked, region-mislabeled or 'cracked' codes. If you ever receive a code that fails validation in the official store, contact support and we will replace or refund it.

4. Reporting a trademark concern

If you are a rights holder and believe a product page misuses your trademark, contact legal@gamesora.com with details of the concern, proof of ownership, and the specific URL. We respond within 5 business days.

DMCA & Copyright Policy

Gamesora respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. This policy explains how to submit a copyright takedown notice — modeled on the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) — for any content hosted on gamesora.com that you believe infringes your copyright.

1. How to submit a notice

Email legal@gamesora.com with the subject 'DMCA Takedown Notice'. Include: (a) your full name, address and contact details; (b) a description of the copyrighted work; (c) the exact URL(s) on gamesora.com containing the allegedly infringing material; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf; (f) your physical or electronic signature.

2. Our response

We aim to review valid notices within 5 business days and remove or disable access to the infringing material if the notice is complete and credible. We will notify the user who posted the content (where applicable) and may forward your notice in full, including your contact information.

3. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake (for example, fair use or your own original work), you can send a counter-notice to legal@gamesora.com with your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

4. Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers, in accordance with applicable law.

5. Misuse of this process

Submitting a knowingly false DMCA notice or counter-notice may expose you to liability under applicable law. Please consult a lawyer if you are unsure.

Loyalty & Referral Terms

These terms govern Gamesora's loyalty program, referral bonuses, and any other promotional Wallet credit (collectively, 'Rewards'). Rewards are a goodwill bonus, not a purchased product, and Gamesora may change or end the program at any time.

1. Earning Rewards

You can earn Rewards by completing qualifying orders, referring new customers who place a paid order, leaving verified product reviews, or participating in seasonal campaigns. The exact earning rates and minimum order values are displayed in your account dashboard and may change from time to time.

2. Referrals

Each customer gets a unique referral link. A referral is qualifying only when the new customer is a real new user (new email, payment method and device), completes their first paid order, and does not refund it. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fake emails, or sharing the link on coupon/cashback sites without our written permission are not allowed and void the bonus.

3. Using Rewards

Rewards appear as Wallet credit and can be applied at checkout like any other Wallet balance. Some campaigns may restrict Rewards to specific products, categories or minimum order values — restrictions are displayed when the Reward is granted.

4. Expiry

Reward credit expires 12 months after it is granted unless a shorter period is stated. Expired Rewards cannot be restored.

5. Non-cashable

Reward credit is not cashable, not transferable, and has no monetary value outside Gamesora. We will not refund Rewards to a bank account or card under any circumstances.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, revoke or expire Rewards (including already-earned Rewards) in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, AUP violation, or chargeback. We may also end or change the program at any time; you will keep already-earned, non-expired Rewards for at least 30 days after such a change.

Promotions & Discount Code Terms

These terms apply to every discount code, voucher, promo banner and seasonal offer published by Gamesora, in addition to any specific terms shown next to the offer.

1. One use per customer

Unless explicitly stated, every discount code is single-use per customer and per account. Attempting to use the same code on multiple accounts, with multiple emails or payment methods, voids the discount and may void the order.

2. Eligible products and minimum order

Codes apply only to the products, categories, currencies or countries shown when the code is published. A minimum order value, if any, is calculated before tax and after applying any other discount.

3. No stacking

Discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes, loyalty Rewards (unless explicitly allowed in the campaign), or wholesale pricing. Wallet balance can always be combined with a code.

4. Expiry

Each code has a start and end date shown on the promo page or email. Expired codes will not work at checkout and cannot be honored after the fact.

5. Cancellation and abuse

We reserve the right to cancel a code, an order, or a customer's access to promotions in cases of fraud, AUP violation, bot/script use, or where the code was published in error (e.g. wrong percentage). Where the code was clearly an error, we will fully refund affected orders and notify customers within 48 hours.

6. Refunds on discounted orders

If a discounted order is refunded, you receive back the amount you actually paid. The discount itself is not refundable as cash, but a single-use code that was consumed will be reissued on request once per customer.

Age Policy

Gamesora sells digital products that often have minimum-age requirements set by the platform holder (e.g. PEGI/ESRB ratings, app store rules) and by local law. This policy explains who can buy on Gamesora.

1. Minimum age

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country, to create a Gamesora account and pay for an order. Customers aged 13–17 may use the store only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts our Terms on the minor's behalf and provides the payment method.

2. Children under 13

Gamesora is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete the account and any associated data. If you believe a child has signed up, contact privacy@gamesora.com.

3. Age-rated products

Some products (e.g. mature-rated game top-ups, certain subscription tiers) require the buyer or end-user to meet the age rating set by the publisher. You are responsible for confirming that the intended user meets that rating.

4. Verification

We may at any time ask you to verify your age before completing a sale or releasing a Wallet refund — typically by providing a government-issued ID. Refusing to verify when asked may result in the order being cancelled and refunded.
