This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Gamesora collects when you visit gamesora.com or use our services, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the rights you have over it. We act as the data controller for the information described below. For any privacy request, contact privacy@gamesora.com.
Information we collect
- Account & identity: name, email, password (stored hashed), WhatsApp/phone number, country, preferred language, and — for top-ups — the Player ID / UID and game server you submit at checkout.
- Order & payment: products purchased, denominations, delivered code reference, order amount, currency, payment method (Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, Fawry, Mada, STC Pay, KNET, card, PayPal, wallet), payment processor transaction ID, billing country and refund history. We never see or store your full card number — that data stays with our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors.
- Technical & usage: IP address, device type, browser, approximate location (country/city), pages visited, referral source, cookies, anonymous analytics, and email/WhatsApp delivery logs. We also retain support conversations so we can help you faster on follow-up requests.
How we use it
- To process payments, deliver your codes/top-ups by email, WhatsApp and dashboard, send order confirmations, OTP sign-in codes, and important service notices.
- To provide customer support, prevent fraud and chargeback abuse, enforce our Terms, comply with tax/AML obligations, and improve the security and reliability of the service.
- With your separate consent, to send marketing emails about new products, discounts and seasonal offers. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing privacy@gamesora.com.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted processors needed to run the service: payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Paymob, Mada/STC/KNET gateways), email and WhatsApp delivery providers, cloud infrastructure and database providers (Cloudflare, Supabase), our Shopify backend for order fulfillment, and analytics tools. Each processor is bound by data-protection agreements. We may also disclose data when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Gamesora and its users. Some processors are located outside your country — those transfers are protected by standard contractual safeguards. We keep order records for up to 5 years to meet tax/accounting rules; account data is kept until you delete your account.
Your rights, cookies and children
You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of marketing consent at any time by emailing privacy@gamesora.com — we respond within 30 days. You can also delete your account from the dashboard. We use essential cookies for sign-in and cart, plus optional analytics cookies you can disable in your browser. Gamesora is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data — if you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we will remove the account. If you are in the EU/UK, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest revision.
