General policy
Because all Gamesora products are digital codes, redeemed codes cannot be returned or refunded.
Eligible refunds
- The code was never delivered.
- The code is invalid or already used at the time of delivery.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
How to request a refund
Email support@gamesora.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the issue. We typically respond within a few hours.
Processing time
Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
