Returns & Refunds Policy

General policy

All Gamesora products are digital: prepaid codes and direct game top-ups. Because their value is delivered the moment they are revealed or credited to a Player ID, redeemed or successfully credited orders cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded — exactly like any other digital code. We will, however, fully refund orders that fail through our fault. We always try to resolve issues with a replacement first and a refund second, whichever you prefer.

Eligible for refund

  • Your order was paid but the code or top-up was never delivered (you can still see the order, but no code/credit appeared) — after we confirm with our supplier.
  • The code is invalid, already used, or region-locked to a country different from what the product page disclosed at checkout — please send a screenshot of the redemption error from the official store within 24 hours of delivery.
  • You were charged more than once for the same order, or charged after the order was cancelled by us. Top-ups credited to an incorrect Player ID that you entered yourself are NOT eligible — please double-check your Player ID and server before paying.

How to request a refund

Email support@gamesora.com (or open a WhatsApp chat with the same number you used at checkout) within 7 days of the order, including: your order number, the email used at checkout, and — for invalid codes — a screenshot of the official store's redemption error. We typically respond within a few hours, and refunds for clearly failed orders are usually approved on the same day. Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank — chargebacks initiated without first reaching out may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any wallet balance.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method: Gamesora Wallet credit is instant, Vodafone Cash / InstaPay / STC Pay / KNET typically 1–3 business days, cards / Mada 5–10 business days, and PayPal 1–5 business days — actual timing depends on your bank. We do not charge any fee for legitimate refunds.
