Chargeback Policy

A chargeback is when you ask your bank or card network to reverse a payment. For digital goods like ours, chargebacks are slow (30–120 days), expensive, and almost always avoidable — because we will refund any genuine problem ourselves, usually within a few hours. This page explains how to get a faster, easier resolution by going through Gamesora support first.
1. Contact support first
If you believe your order was charged in error, never delivered, or the code is invalid, email support@gamesora.com or message us on WhatsApp from the number you used at checkout. Most legitimate issues are resolved on the same day — far faster than any bank chargeback.
2. What we class as an unjustified chargeback
Filing a chargeback before contacting support, after you have already received and redeemed a code, after entering a wrong Player ID yourself, or claiming 'I did not authorize' when the order is clearly linked to your account, IP and email is considered an unjustified chargeback (and, in many cases, payment fraud).
3. Consequences
If you file an unjustified chargeback, we will: (a) suspend your account immediately; (b) freeze and ultimately forfeit any Wallet balance and Rewards; (c) submit evidence (order logs, IP/device, delivery proof, WhatsApp confirmations, redemption records) to the card network; (d) report the case to our payment processors, which may affect your ability to use those payment methods elsewhere; (e) where the amount is significant, pursue recovery via legal channels.
4. Won and lost cases
Where we successfully defend a chargeback, the disputed amount stays with Gamesora and a representment fee may be added to your account before it can be reactivated. Where the chargeback is upheld due to a genuine fault on our side, no action is taken against your account.
5. Withdrawing a chargeback
If you have already filed a chargeback and want to withdraw it, contact your bank to cancel the dispute and then email support@gamesora.com with proof. Once the dispute is closed in our favor, we will lift the account suspension.
