Gamesora is operated under the 'Gamesora' brand by its founding team based in the Arab Republic of Egypt, serving customers across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and Qatar. Full commercial registration details are available on request to legal@gamesora.com for verified parties.

Postal correspondence and legal notices: legal@gamesora.com. We do not accept legal service via social media, WhatsApp or live chat. Service by email is deemed received the next business day.

4. Support hours
Sunday to Thursday, 09:00–21:00 Cairo time. Friday and Saturday: reduced cover for delivery and payment incidents only.
5. Regulator and complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we handled a complaint, you may escalate to the consumer protection authority in your country (e.g. CPA Egypt, MoCI Saudi Arabia, DED Consumer Protection in the UAE) or, for data-protection matters, to your local DPA.
