Delivery method
All Gamesora products are digital — there is no physical shipment, no shipping fee and no address required. Gift card codes are delivered as text you can copy and redeem in the official store (PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, Apple, Google Play, Roblox, etc.). Game top-ups (PUBG UC, Free Fire Diamonds, Mobile Legends, etc.) are credited directly to the Player ID / UID and server you entered at checkout. You receive every order through three channels at once: the email used at checkout, a WhatsApp message to the number you provided, and your Gamesora account dashboard under Orders.
Delivery time
Most orders are delivered automatically within 1–5 minutes of successful payment, 24/7 across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait and Qatar. In rare cases — manual fraud review, a temporary supplier delay, weekend bank settlement, or a payment method requiring confirmation (e.g. some cash/wallet networks) — delivery may take up to 60 minutes, and very rarely up to 12 hours. If your order is still missing after 12 hours, contact support and we will resolve it immediately, including a full refund if delivery cannot be completed.
Where to find your code or top-up
- Check the order confirmation email from no-reply@ops.gamesora.com — the code is included inside.
- Check your spam, promotions or junk folder, especially on Gmail and Outlook.
- Check WhatsApp — we also send the code or top-up confirmation to the WhatsApp number you provided at checkout.
- Sign in to your Gamesora account → Orders to view, copy or resend the code at any time.
Didn't receive your code after 12 hours?
Enter your order number and we'll open an email to support@gamesora.com pre-filled with your details. You can also message us on WhatsApp using the number you used at checkout.
