Delivery method
All Gamesora products are digital. Codes are delivered electronically — there is no physical shipment.
Delivery time
Most orders are delivered instantly to the email address you used at checkout. In rare cases, manual review may cause a short delay. If you have not received your code within 12 hours, please contact our support team and we'll resolve it right away.
Where to find your code
- Check the order confirmation email.
- Check your spam or promotions folder.
- Check your WhatsApp messages — we also send your code/service via WhatsApp to the number you provided at checkout.
- Sign in to your Gamesora account and view the order in your dashboard.
Didn't receive your code after 12 hours?
Enter your order number and we'll open an email to support@gamesora.com pre-filled with your details.
