Loyalty & Referral Terms

These terms govern Gamesora's loyalty program, referral bonuses, and any other promotional Wallet credit (collectively, 'Rewards'). Rewards are a goodwill bonus, not a purchased product, and Gamesora may change or end the program at any time.

1. Earning Rewards

You can earn Rewards by completing qualifying orders, referring new customers who place a paid order, leaving verified product reviews, or participating in seasonal campaigns. The exact earning rates and minimum order values are displayed in your account dashboard and may change from time to time.

2. Referrals

Each customer gets a unique referral link. A referral is qualifying only when the new customer is a real new user (new email, payment method and device), completes their first paid order, and does not refund it. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fake emails, or sharing the link on coupon/cashback sites without our written permission are not allowed and void the bonus.

3. Using Rewards

Rewards appear as Wallet credit and can be applied at checkout like any other Wallet balance. Some campaigns may restrict Rewards to specific products, categories or minimum order values — restrictions are displayed when the Reward is granted.

4. Expiry

Reward credit expires 12 months after it is granted unless a shorter period is stated. Expired Rewards cannot be restored.

5. Non-cashable

Reward credit is not cashable, not transferable, and has no monetary value outside Gamesora. We will not refund Rewards to a bank account or card under any circumstances.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, revoke or expire Rewards (including already-earned Rewards) in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, AUP violation, or chargeback. We may also end or change the program at any time; you will keep already-earned, non-expired Rewards for at least 30 days after such a change.
